ColorPaw converts uploaded photos into printable coloring page outlines. The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed.
- You retain full ownership of any photos you upload.
- By uploading a photo, you confirm that you own it or have the right to use it.
- You agree not to upload images that infringe on anyone else's copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
- ColorPaw does not claim ownership of your uploads or the generated coloring pages.
You agree not to:
- Upload images you do not own or have permission to use.
- Upload images containing illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
- Use the Service to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the Service.
- Resell or redistribute generated coloring pages for commercial purposes without permission.
- Uploaded photos are processed to generate your coloring page and are not stored permanently.
- We do not sell, share, or use your photos for any purpose other than generating your coloring page.

- Free tier users receive one coloring page at standard resolution.
- Paid plans provide access to high-resolution downloads and additional features as described on the pricing page.
- All sales are final. If you experience a technical issue that prevents delivery, contact us and we'll make it right.
ColorPaw is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to issues with generated output quality, service availability, or data loss.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
