1. Welcome to ColorPaw

By accessing or using ColorPaw at colorpaw.co ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use the Service. We want this to be a great experience for everyone, so please read through these terms.

2. What ColorPaw Does

ColorPaw is a web application that transforms your pet photos into printable coloring page outlines. You upload a photo of your dog, cat, or other pet, and our AI generates a clean black-and-white outline that captures your pet's unique features. You can then download and print these coloring pages at home.

3. Accounts & Authentication

• You can create an account using your email address or by signing in with Google.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• One account per person, please. Don't share your account or create multiple accounts to game the system.

4. User Responsibilities

When using ColorPaw, you agree to:

• Upload appropriate pet photos only. This service is designed for photos of pets and animals. Please don't upload inappropriate, offensive, illegal, or harmful content.
• Only upload photos you own or have permission to use. Don't upload images that infringe on someone else's copyright or intellectual property.
• Use the Service fairly. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, abuse, or overload the Service.
• Not resell or commercially redistribute the generated coloring pages without our written permission.

5. Plans & Pricing

ColorPaw offers several plans:

• Free Tier — 1 coloring page to try out the Service.
• 5 Pack — $7.97 one-time purchase for 5 high-resolution coloring pages. Credits never expire.
• Monthly Basic — $6.97/month for 10 coloring pages per billing cycle.
• Monthly Pro — $12.97/month for 30 coloring pages per billing cycle with priority processing.
• Gift Packs — Prepaid coloring page credits available as gifts.

Prices are in USD and may be updated from time to time. We'll notify active subscribers before any price changes take effect.

6. Payments & Billing

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
• Monthly subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• Unused monthly credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle.
• One-time purchase credits (5 Pack, Gift Packs) never expire.

7. Refund Policy

Because coloring pages are digital goods delivered instantly, all sales are final once credits have been used. If you have unused credits and are unhappy with the Service, contact us and we'll do our best to help. If you experience a technical issue that prevents delivery of your coloring page, reach out and we'll make it right.

8. Intellectual Property

• Your photos: You retain full ownership of any photos you upload.
• Your coloring pages: You own the coloring pages generated from your photos. Feel free to print, share with family, and enjoy them.
• Our service: The ColorPaw name, logo, website design, and underlying technology remain the property of ColorPaw.
• ColorPaw does not claim ownership of your uploads or generated coloring pages.

9. Image Processing

When you upload a photo, it is sent to our AI processing service to generate a coloring page outline. Your photos are processed in real time and are not stored long-term on our servers. We do not use your photos for training, marketing, or any purpose beyond generating your coloring page. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

10. Marketing & Communications

When you download your free coloring page, you agree to receive occasional marketing emails from ColorPaw. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email we send. We'll still send important account-related emails (like payment receipts) regardless of your marketing preferences.

11. Limitation of Liability

ColorPaw is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do our best to deliver great coloring pages, but we can't guarantee that every result will be perfect. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to issues with output quality, service availability, or data loss. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to ColorPaw in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

• You can delete your account at any time.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the Service, or engage in fraudulent activity.
• If we terminate your account for a violation, unused credits are forfeited.
• If we discontinue the Service entirely, we'll provide reasonable notice and honor any unused prepaid credits.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you via email or a notice on the site. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
