  • Payment information — processed securely through Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
  • Basic usage data — page views and feature usage to improve the Service. No personal information is tracked.

2. How We Use Your Photos

  • Your photo is sent to our image processing service to generate a coloring page outline.
  • Photos are processed in real time and are not stored permanently on our servers.
  • We do not use your photos for training, marketing, or any purpose beyond generating your coloring page.
  • We do not sell your photos or data to third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Google Gemini — to generate coloring page outlines from your photos. Your photo is sent to Google's API for processing. See Google's Privacy Policy.
  • Stripe — to process payments securely. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
  • Railway — to host the Service.

4. Cookies

ColorPaw uses minimal cookies necessary for the Service to function (e.g., session management). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure third-party integrations. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

6. Children's Privacy

ColorPaw is designed for use by adults and families. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, please contact us.

7. Your Rights

You may request deletion of any data associated with your use of the Service. Since we do not store uploaded photos permanently, there is typically no personal data to delete beyond payment records managed by Stripe.
